Holman House

This Concordia, Portland Craftsmen Bungalow was built in 1922 and is undergoing a full remodel. This project is on going and currently headed into the second of two phases. Phase 1 consisted of opening up walls in the main living space, completely remodeling the single existing bathroom, remodeling a portion of the kitchen, removing a collapsing sun room on the back of the house, and removing vinyl siding to expose and restore the original wood siding. Phase 2 consists of popping up a portion of the roof to add space in the former attic for a master suite, an office, an upstairs deck, a new stair, as well as finishing out the kitchen.
